Finding
Die belastbarsten Konzepte vereinen Fertigung und Messung im selben Prozessschritt. Als Konstruktionsprinzip trägt das; als Schutzrechtsposition ist es teilweise besetzt. Der verwertbare Vorsprung liegt damit weniger im Patent als in Umsetzung, Prozessdaten und Zulassungsdokumentation.
The most robust concepts unite fabrication and measurement in the same process step. As a design principle this holds; as an IP position it is partly occupied. The exploitable lead therefore lies less in patents than in implementation, process data and approval documentation.
Methodische Lehre: Literatur, Patentbestand und Markt sind drei getrennte Räume. Ein Konzept kann in der Literatur neu wirken und im Patentbestand längst beschrieben sein.
Methodological lesson: literature, patent corpus and market are three separate spaces. A concept can look new in the literature and be long described in the patent corpus.
